What We Do
Our Programs
Comprehensive support designed to meet veterans where they are and help them move forward.
Veteran Family Stability — Housing & Utility Relief
The Veteran Family Stability program is designed around our 90-Day Blueprint, a structured stabilization pathway for eligible veteran families who are currently housed but facing financial hardship. When funded and operational, qualifying assistance may help address verified housing and utility expenses while participating families work toward greater financial readiness and long-term stability.
- Up to three months of qualifying housing assistance, subject to eligibility, verified expenses, program limits, and available funding
- Up to three months of qualifying utility assistance, subject to eligibility, verified expenses, program limits, and available funding
- Financial assessment and stability planning
- Connections to established veteran, housing, and community resources

90-Day Blueprint — Financial Readiness & Resource Navigation
Financial assistance alone may address an immediate crisis without resolving the pressures behind it. The 90-Day Blueprint is designed to combine qualifying stabilization assistance with structured financial education, veteran resource navigation, career and workforce navigation, and family stability planning to help participating veteran families build a stronger path forward.
- Structured financial-literacy education
- Budgeting, credit, saving, and debt-management education
- Veteran and community resource navigation
- Career and workforce navigation
- 90-day stability planning and follow-up

Veteran Family Stability — Path to Long-Term Stability
The final stage of the 90-Day Blueprint is designed to help participating veteran families turn short-term stabilization into a practical path forward. The program brings together financial readiness, career and resource navigation, transportation considerations, and family needs to support greater independence beyond the initial 90-day period.
- Financial-literacy completion and stability planning
- Career and workforce resource navigation
- Review of ongoing transportation and family barriers
- Connections to appropriate veteran and community resources
- Individual path-forward planning

Transportation to Opportunity — Automotive Assistance
Transportation to Opportunity is an established automotive-assistance framework designed to address documented transportation barriers that interfere with employment, healthcare access, veteran appointments, and essential family responsibilities. When veteran-facing assistance launches, qualifying interventions will be based on verified need, eligible costs, program guidelines, and available funding. The Foundation's vehicle donation program is currently active and accepts donated vehicles, including arranging vehicle pickup.
- Essential Mobility Support — up to $1,000 in qualifying assistance
- Vehicle Stability Assistance — up to $2,500 in qualifying assistance
- Critical Transportation Recovery — up to $5,000 in qualifying assistance
- Direct payment to approved service providers or vendors whenever practicable

Youth Athletic Access — Sports & Community Integration
Youth Athletic Access is designed to help remove financial barriers that can prevent eligible children in veteran families from participating in organized sports and athletic programs. The framework includes basic sports-access assistance as well as structured Student-Athlete Empowerment Awards tied to financial literacy, professional development, community mentorship, and academic standing.
- Youth Sports Access — up to $1,000 per eligible child per program year based on verified qualifying costs
- $5,000 Student-Athlete Empowerment Award
- $10,000 Student-Athlete Leadership & Development Award
- Qualifying support may include registration, required uniforms, equipment, footwear, training, and approved participation expenses
- Award milestones emphasize financial literacy, professional development, community mentorship, and academic standing—not athletic performance alone
